Joslin Garden is one of the newest destinations in the Raleigh Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources system, donated to the community by City of Oaks Foundation, a local charitable organization. The City of Oaks Foundation raises donations to pay for gardening and landscaping costs, plus amenities and improvements that that keep the garden looking beautiful year round.
